You can start with the problem, even if you are unsure which service fits. When a student needs subject tutoring and executive functioning coaching, the educators coordinate around one written plan. Sessions are separate, each billed at your chosen plan rate.
Membership: $275 per session in home · $215 online
Each session is 60 minutes. Prices are USD. Other plans and commitment levels are available.
The person matters
Subject knowledge matters. So does a child feeling comfortable enough to say, “I don’t understand.” We consider the course, learning needs and personality when proposing an educator.
Meet the proposed educator before the first session. Ask how they explain difficult ideas, how they would work with your child and whether their availability fits your week. Talk through the right fit
Progress you can recognize
The next test matters. So does what happens when your child faces a new question without someone beside them. We teach toward both.
Start with your child’s strengths, sticking points and learning differences. Adjust the explanation, pace and practice so they have a way into the work.
Go beyond following a worked example. Explain why a method works, ask your child to put it into words, and practice using it when the question changes.
When helping with schoolwork creates tension, another trusted adult can take on the teaching. The goal is for your child to need less prompting and for you to spend less time managing the work.
A written update after each session shows what your child worked on and what still needs practice. Follow the learning without having to reconstruct the lesson yourself.

The team behind the work
Yes. Our team includes educators and coaches with experience in ADHD, autism, dyslexia and twice-exceptional profiles. Tell us which approaches have helped and where your child still gets stuck. We also work with students who need subject help without an identified learning difference.
Tutoring helps a student understand and use the material. Coaching helps them plan, start and follow through on the work. A child may need one or both. Tutor and coach sessions are separate, each billed at your chosen plan rate.
Our team proposes a tutor or coach based on the subject, learning needs and personality. You meet the proposed educator before the first session. Your matched educator teaches your child; Aidan guides the match and oversees the support.
The free learning needs assessment is a 30-minute phone or video conversation with Aidan. Starting with your observations, he helps you understand what support could help and recommends a next step. Ask about the educator, schedule and pricing before deciding. There is no obligation to enroll.
