Plato+ Educator
As a dedicated trainer, I'm passionate about empowering participants to reach their full potential and achieve business goals. I firmly believe that education should be centered around the learner's needs, ensuring that instruction is both relevant and impactful.
This belief was shaped during my time at the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn), where I earned a Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering in 2014. While there, I also volunteered at a Philadelphia charter school, working closely with students, parents, and teachers, which deepened my understanding of diverse educational needs.
After graduating, I transitioned into a product management role, a position that, despite its title, is highly people-oriented and training-intensive. I’ve conducted numerous internal and external training sessions, educating sales teams, technical support staff, installers, and system integrators on topics ranging from business practices to regulatory knowledge.
My specialty lies in identifying each student's unique needs and adapting my teaching methods to achieve the best possible outcomes. I strive to create a supportive and comfortable learning environment where students feel connected and engaged. My teaching style is conversational and inviting, fostering trust and open communication.
